Job Description

• Customer Handling: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Sales & Membership Management: Promote and manage store memberships, ensuring targets are met. Work on tie-ups to enhance store growth.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, billing, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the store.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate the store team to meet performance goals.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Utilize computer systems for efficient store management.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.
• Computer Knowledge: Proficient in using computer systems for billing, inventory management, and reporting.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

• At least a Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own a bike.
